We prepare BUSINESS PLANS for both start up businesses and for trading businesses who are completing their annual or bi-annual reviews.
If you have been in business for a number of years you will be aware how things can deviate from the original plan. We strongly recommend that existing firms review their business plans so that a sharpened focus can occur.
A standard business plan will involve a number of meetings with the business owners. We will require sight of (where appropriate) -

As a guide you can expect the process to last a number of weeks. We will dicuss a wide variety of areas including growth of the business as well as succession planning.
